ರಚನಾ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ 2023

It was in the year 1998 that Catholic businessmen, agriculturists and professionals formed Rachana, with an objective of encouraging youth to take up entrepreneurship, for training them in investment and for supporting them with technical backup. In the last 25 years Rachana has worked to achieve its goals and has trained youth through Rachana Entrepreneur Development Cell. Rachana has recognized the successful entrepreneurs, professionals, agriculturists, NRI entrepreneurs and women who have achieved in their distinctive field and brought them into limelight, more so that their example may be emulated by the young and the upcoming.

The award ceremony will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 6 pm at Air-conditioned Milagres Auditorium, Mangaluru. The futction will be presided over by Rt. Rev. Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore. Mr Sanjay D’Souza, Sr. Executive Vice-President, HDFC Bank will be the Chief Guest.

1998ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಥೊಲಿಕ್ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃಷಿಕರು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ರಚನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮೂಲ ಆಶಯವಾದ ಕಥೊಲಿಕ್ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ತರಬೇತಿ, ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಜೋಡಿಸುವಿಕೆ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ರಚನಾ ಉದ್ಯಮ ತರಬೇತಿ ವಿಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಹಲವು ಯುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಕಥೊಲಿಕ್ ಸಮಾಜದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು, ಕೃಷಿಕರು, ಅನಿವಾಸಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಧಕ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ರಚನಾ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿಯಂತೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಸುಮಾರು 25 ಜ್ಯೂರಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು 2023ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ:

ರಚನಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ – ಸಿ. ಡಾ. ಗ್ಲ್ಯಾಡಿಸ್ ಮಿನೇಜಸ್
ರಚನಾ ಅನಿವಾಸಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ – ಶ್ರೀ ಮೈಕಲ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ

ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು 2023ರ ಜನವರಿ 15 ರಂದು ಭಾನುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ 6.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರಿಸ್ ಹವಾನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತ ಸಭಾಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಿಷಪ್ ಅತೀ ಡಾ| ವಂದನೀಯ ಪೀಟರ್ ಪಾವ್ಲ್ ಸಲ್ಡಾನ್ಹಾ ಇವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂಜಯ್ ಡಿಸೋಜ, ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಎಕ್ಸಿಕ್ಯೂಟಿವ್ ವೈಸ್ ಪ್ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್, ಎಚ್‍ಎಫ್‍ಡಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ – ಇವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಲಿರುವರು.
